The base is made out of strong abs plastic and the spigot is a 7.6mm zinc coated shaft.
The bent tent pole spigot is designed to be used on a spreader bar then it is used to hook into your camper trailer frame and extend out for your awning.
Some camper trailer frames have a smaller hole, if this is the case, all you need to do is drill that hole out to 8mm eg. 8mm drill bit.
If the spigot will not fit into the pole you can file or sand paper down the black abs plastic.Â
DO NOT REMOVE TOO MUCH OF THE SPIGOT AS IT MUST BE TIGHT IN THE POLE!!
